Request for Construction Subcontractor Bids

Parade Park is a historic redevelopment project transforming one of the first Black cooperative housing development in Missouri into a vibrant mixed use, mixed income community. The redevelopment will include senior housing, affordable housing, market rate apartments, and for sale townhomes.

The project prioritizes equity, Section 3 hiring, and strong MBE and WBE participation. This redevelopment represents not only a major construction effort, but an investment in people, place, and long term community impact.

This bid cycle will focus on the workforce housing portion of the project, which includes 187 units and full construction scopes, such as:

Appliances, Cabinets, Concrete, Countertops, Doors and Frames, Drywall, Electrical, Electrical Security, Elevators, Fiber Cement Siding, Fire Proofing, Flooring, Framing, Gypcrete, HVAC, Insulation, Masonry, Metal Panels, Painting, Plumbing, Prefab, Roofing, Sealants, Signage, Stair Rails, Structural Steel, Sunshades, Swimming Pool, Trash Chute, Windows, and Window Treatments.
