Our Prison-to-Workforce Pipeline program has become a critical reentry and re-socialization tool that connects ex-offenders with civic leaders, police representatives, business owners, and elected officials to facilitate their reintegration into society. The program is open to individuals who have recently been released from prison and those who need a second chance at employment but lack the necessary skill set to maintain a job. Participants engage in weekly workshops focused on discipline, work ethics, and personal development. Through a partnership with the city, they also perform lawn care on over 850 properties each month, providing valuable work experience and contributing to the community’s beautification.
