Re-Entry

Our Prison-to-Workforce Pipeline program has become a critical reentry and re-socialization tool that connects ex-offenders with civic leaders, police representatives, business owners, and elected officials to facilitate their reintegration into society. This program is more than just a reentry initiative—it’s changing the face of the community.

The program is open to individuals who have recently been released from prison and those who need a second chance at employment but lack the necessary skill set to maintain a job. Participants engage in weekly workshops focused on discipline, work ethics, and personal development. Through a partnership with the city, they also perform lawn care on over 850 properties each month, providing valuable work experience and contributing to the community’s beautification.

By offering these opportunities, we aim to equip participants with the skills and support they need to succeed in the workforce and beyond. Join us in making a difference—apply today to start your journey with the Prison-to-Workforce Pipeline program.
